PLEASE NOTE SINCE JANUARY 2021 we have no longer been able to offer puppies below 3000 due to ear crop prices have tripled, gas prices are higher and we have hired help. Our prices are based on bloodlines. We embark EVERY PUPPY, this is included in your price. We also Offer 2 vaccines (6 weeks and 8 weeks) Puppies will need 2 more vaccines (12 weeks and 16 weeks). All of our puppies go home micro chipped unless the schedule is affected by things out of our control.

MINI DEPOSIT-150.00 NON REFUNDABLE
Official DEPSOIT- 1000 for stud contracts -1500 for regular contracts non refundable.

Final amount is due at pick up or before puppies leave.

2-After your application has been approved we will ask for pictures of your yard.

3-Then you must submit the MINI DEPOSIT DOCUMENT. This document saves you a spot on our waiting list to get a puppy, This GUARNTEES when we have puppies you WILL be contacted when its your time on the list. The MINI DEPOSIT IS 150.00 NONREFUNDABLE. This is Accepted ONLY through VENMO. The average wait time is 6 months to a year. This is the worst case scenario, depending on what time of year. Clients on our waiting list have 2 options.
1. Accept a puppy from a current available list
2.Skip litter for the right fit or time.








 
 
 
 
PLEASE NOTE: When we reach out to clients when its their turn by text to the number you provide on your mini deposit document, you have 24 hours to respond or you will automatically be skipped. Puppies grow quickly and it takes us time to move through our process to make sure everything is in order. If we reach out 2 litters and no response you will be removed from the waiting list.



4-When its your turn for a puppy we will send out the contract and after you receive your contract and send it back the official deposit is due. Failure to send the official deposit in 5 days will result in you loosing your spot.  NOTE: the official deposit is 1500.00 and accepted by venmo only.

5-at 6 weeks we get the puppies first shots, clients are welcome for visit between 6 weeks-7 weeks from your puppies birthday at our availability by appointment only. Be sure to reach out to us to schedule this. Please Let us know 30 mins before you arrive incase you have trouble finding us.

RULES OF VISITATION:
Only clients and immediate family are welcome for visit. Clients are permitted to sitting in the puppies area for 1 hour. Please arrive 20 mins before your appointment to be sanitized. Clients will be sanitized on site no exceptions. Children under 18 are NOT allowed to pick puppies up. Puppies must stay in their designated area. Each client who wishes to interact with puppies will be sprayed with pro vet logic and left to dry for 15 mins.

Clients should NOT visit any pet stores before their visit. IF you have been around sick dogs please let us know. The health and safety of our dogs is the biggest priority. 

Puppies are in shavings, and we do not ALLOW shoes in with them.
Extra pair of socks is recommended. Jackets for small children, puppies tend to scratch and bite. Girls should bring hair band to put hair up puppies tend to bite hair. Clean clothes and preferable don't wear white. Socks and pants are preferred attire. We will often take videos of clients visiting puppies so our out of staters can see how puppies responded to each visitor. This also works as a refresher at picking time.

6- at 7 weeks each puppy is tested for the Puppy Aptitude test and we take notes. After this process is complete we will reach out to each client in order of our waiting list and go over results for clients to pick their puppy, Clients usually have 24 hours to choose their puppy. We can provide additional videos to out of state clients.

8- After each puppy is confirmed to each family we will need each clients:

Clients NAME
Puppies name
Puppies Color, gender and collar color
PHONE NUMBER
ADDRESS
EMAIL ADDRESS
Pick up date (GENERALY AROUND 8-9 weeks from puppies birthdate, depending on vets schedules)
Crop/no crop
Length if desired, we recommend med crops.
This will be used for microchips.

9- Puppies will get 1 more vaccine before going for crop unless the vets schedule doesn't work. we will post pics on our Facebook page as often as possible.

10- Pick ups-
each client will need to bring the following:
Crate med sized 30"
pee pads
baby wipes
2 copies of their contracts (NO CONTRACTS NO PUPPY)
SCENT BLANKET OR TOWEL
food and water dish if traveling long distance.

We will go over the paperwork with each client. All of our puppies are to be registered with " South Paws" at the beginning of their registered name. We will send clients home with 30 days FREE Insurance. IT covers emergency's.
 
DISCLAMIER:
We do our best to keep and maintain our puppies health at al times. However ANY VISIT TO A VET OFFICE COULD RESULT IN CONTAMINATION ILLNESSES THAT COULD KILL YOUR PUPPY. SOME ILLNESSES HAVE A 14 DAY INCUBATION PERIOD. OUR 30 DAY ISURANCE COVERS YOU AGAINST THIS RISK. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL CURRENT DOGS ARE UP TO DATE ON THEIR VACCINES. DO NOT SOCIALIZE YOUR PUPPY UNTIL VACCINE SCHEDULE IS COMPLEATED.


We will go over ear care with each client. We will send you home with food and 1 bully slice. Please send updates when you arrive home :).
